These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between users of the 6win platform ("Service") and 6win. Please read this document carefully. If any part is unclear, contact our support team via 24/7 live chat before using the Service.

In these Terms, "User", "you" or "member" refers to any person registered on the 6win platform. "Platform" refers to 6win's website, mobile application and all related digital services. "Service" means sports betting, casino games, live casino, virtual games and other entertainment activities available on the platform.

These Terms apply to users residing in Bangladesh. The applicable legal framework and local regulatory restrictions are also taken into account for users accessing 6win from other countries. Using the service from restricted regions is strictly prohibited.

2.1 Age Requirement

To open an account on 6win and participate in any form of betting or casino activity, the user must be at least 21 years old. National ID or passport details may be required as proof of age at the time of registration. Use of an account by a minor is strictly prohibited and any such activity, once detected, will result in immediate suspension of the account.

2.2 One Person, One Account

Each user may operate only one account. Having more than one account under the same person is prohibited. If it is found that a person is operating multiple accounts, 6win reserves the right to close all such accounts and forfeit any funds held in them.

2.3 Providing Accurate Information

2.4 Account Security

It is the user's own responsibility to keep their account login details confidential. Sharing your password with anyone else or sharing your account is prohibited. If you suspect any unauthorised access, you must notify the support team immediately. 6win will not be liable for losses caused by a third party if the user has not taken adequate precautions.

All financial transactions on 6win are carried out in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). Deposits can be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay. Withdrawals are also available through these same four methods.

3.1 Minimum Limits

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳100 (by any method)
• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500

3.2 Withdrawal Processing Time

Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. However, additional time may be required during the verification process or if unusual activity is suspected.

3.3 Reasons for Withdrawal Rejection

A withdrawal request may be suspended or cancelled in any of the following circumstances:

• Identity verification has not been completed
• Bonus wagering requirements have not been met
• Unusual activity has been detected on the account
• The payment account provided does not match the user's name

Various bonuses and promotions are offered on 6win. Each bonus has its own conditions and compliance with them is mandatory.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members can receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳15,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 20 times the bonus amount. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,500 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳2,500; before that bonus can be withdrawn, ৳1,500 × 20 = ৳30,000 must be wagered.

4.2 General Bonus Terms

• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they become withdrawable only after the specified wagering requirements have been met.
• Multiple bonuses will not apply to the same deposit simultaneously unless stated otherwise.
• A bonus may only be claimed once unless the promotion's details state otherwise.
• 6win reserves the right to change or cancel any bonus programme without prior notice.
• If bonus abuse is suspected, the bonus may be cancelled and the account suspended.

5.1 Bet Acceptance and Cancellation

Odds displayed on 6win may change at any time. A confirmation will be received once a bet has been finally accepted. 6win reserves the right to cancel bets placed at incorrect odds due to technical errors, server issues or data feed failures.

5.2 Sports Betting

The sports betting section allows betting on cricket (including BPL, IPL and T20 World Cup), football and other sports. Each sport's own betting rules apply, and in the event of any dispute, 6win's decision is final.

5.3 Casino and Live Games

All games in the casino section are operated by third-party software providers. Game outcomes are determined through Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Each game has its own RTP and gameplay rules.

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account cancellation and legal action where necessary:

• Operating an account using fraud, collusion or bots
• Deliberately abusing the bonus system (bonus arbitrage)
• Money laundering or other illegal financial transactions
• Using another person's account or payment method
• Exploiting technical vulnerabilities of the platform
• Operating an account under a false identity

6win's VIP programme has four tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum. Each tier provides a weekly cashback benefit, calculated based on the net loss for that week (total losses minus total winnings).

• Bronze: up to 0.2% weekly cashback
• Silver: up to 0.4% weekly cashback
• Gold: up to 0.6% weekly cashback
• Platinum: up to 0.8% weekly cashback

Advancement to a higher VIP tier depends on active participation and activity on the platform. 6win reserves the right to change the structure of the VIP programme at any time, but existing members will be notified in due course.

6win is not responsible for a user's wins or losses, as these are entirely chance-based. 6win is not liable for losses caused by internet outages, power failures or device faults. 6win will not be obligated to provide compensation if the service is disrupted due to natural disasters, political unrest or other unavoidable circumstances.

If a user wishes to close their account, they must inform the support team via live chat or email. All pending withdrawals must be completed before the account is closed.

6win may suspend or permanently close a user's account for any of the following reasons:

• Clear violation of these Terms
• Failure to verify identity or providing false information
• Suspicious financial transactions
• Account remaining inactive for an extended period
